SEMTEC is the marine & underwater works arm of the DEMINETEC Group. Founded to deliver pyrotechnic clearance in submerged environments and subsea engineering works, the company has since expanded to the full range of industrial underwater services.
Our crews include former Navy clearance divers, certified hyperbaric operators and project engineers. This dual military-civilian background allows SEMTEC to deliver high-risk operations: UXO clearance, afloat repair, hyperbaric welding, work in active harbour environments.
SEMTEC is part of the DEMINETEC Group, headquartered in La Seyne-sur-Mer (Var, France). The Group covers the entire pyrotechnic clearance chain, on land and underwater, from survey to disposal, through its DEMINETEC, SEMTEC, GEODE and DEMINETEC-ECG subsidiaries.
